Over the winter, we were busy perfecting our recipes and creating systems to make our products more available. Our pasta is made fresh and stored frozen with a shelf life of several months. We have gotten most of our popular recipes streamlined to go into retail outlets, but we are open to doing special orders if you need something specific for your menu.  We also deliver wholesale orders, and we will drive as far as the Bangor area.  Upon inquiry, we can make a product list and the price sheet available to you.
